Weight loss program divided into four meetings.
This program focuses on fat loss and general nutrition optimization, giving you the right tools and making you able to keep your healthy lifestyle independently, and not following a specific restriction diet.
- Analysis of relevant clinical data: anthropometric assessment (height, weight, body mass index), analysis and diagnosis of body composition through bioimpedance (fat, muscle and others);
- Cooking workshops;
- Supermarket guidance;
- Series of activities that will be defined on the first meeting.
Development of specific menus (hypocaloric, plant based, wellness) and communication materials for hotels, restaurants, SPAs and companies.

Body composition analysis and diagnosis is included in the program. Based on the needs found during the meeting, secondary activities can be planned, as: supermarket guided visits, cooking workshops, label studies, or others.
